I ignored it for a while I'm a welder I smoke and my mother have been diagnosed wit ms a long time ago I feel it every day in the middle of my chest stinging burning especially when I sneeze its in one spot on my chest

I am no DR but it sounds like to me you need to GO see a real doctor to me.. stop playing around .. life is to short .. This sounds like heart burn and should not be any issue at all. Take some antacids. But! If you have shortness of breath, pain in the arms, pain in the neck or jaw, this is a sign of a myocardial infaraction and needs prompt medical attention.
