buzzing head/electrical pulses

Hotep Peace, Eye Have no Buzzing But have Had Electrical pulses about a year,it started when my Scrip ran out of perestroika and cymbalta the  Electrical pulses remain until Eye Got the scrip Now Eye have gotten off the Meds but the Electrical pulses are still around.
