Hi everyone Happy New Year. This is all new to me. I began a few months ago with a mild abnormal gait on my right side, stiffness in the right foot along with slow movement in a circular motion with the right foot. The "funny walk" as i call it comes and goes. I also experience light tingling in the right hand. I thought it was a pinched nerve and all back related but after mri's and x-rays my back issues which are very minimal is a seperate issue. So far all of my doctors have been wonderful. I've had a Brain Mri to rule out MS, blood work including lupus and lymes and all tests have come out normal. I'm scheduled to go to a neurologist this upcomming week but I did see a neuro surgeon and with the films of my cervical spine mri there is no tumor or cyst. There is a portion of the white lining that isn't there in the C4 C5 area and should be which apparently is why the issues involving the right side of my body. For now to help me understand in laymans term i have a swollen spinal cord. I am in no pain whatsoever and appreciate any feedback you all can help me with. Thank you so much.
