I've heard anal sex can cause them- common sense perspective- an object going in & out repeatedly- and I've heard that in & out increases blood circulation & actually discourages heammaroids- Anyone have a clue about this?

No I don't think that anal sex cause hemorrhoids but would definetly irritate them if you already had them. I have read that hemorrhoids are cause by a poor diet.
