I am discovering ur wrong. I have not have a period in 4 years. But had a light one (Not Cancer) This was in May 2017, June nothing BUT I knew I was still ovulating because ( Ovarian Cyst still have) The cyst would only hurt when I ovulated. Now July 14 and 15th 2017 Slight blood when wiping and cramps again! In a relationship I am 58 years old and when I wanted Children in my 20's and after divorce at 40 until 54 last period , it just was not meant to be since I left it up to God and excepted being childless. Not true. I havent had a period in 14 months. I felt ovulation symptoms, got scared, went to Gynecologist. He did a vaginal ultrasound and told me that everything looked like a normal ovulation. If I had not told him, I had not had a period for so long, he would have not believed it.

You can Still ovulate without periods, every woman is different. I am 58, having a cryptic pregnancy, by accident, so I am having trouble getting prenatal care, but definitely pregnant with twins, small but that is normal in older women.
Re ovulation, I wasnt planning, but there are ovulation test kits on the market you could try. I wish someone had told me when I was 44 that I could have a baby. Over 50 is rare, but everyone is different.
