I went to some outside places yesterday and came back. I have a cat who is not a domestic one. In the night, I masturbated without washing my hands but I did not touch the cat. My question, what if the virus or bacteria in the cat was on my hands or some bacteria was on my hands when I went out and it entered my penis. Will it cause rabies?Please help me.

The chances of getting rabies from masturbating is, well VERY low unless your doing it WAY wrong you wont get rabies, usually the only way to get rabies is if the virus enters the blood stream, (Open wounds, mouth, Ect.) Having the rabies virus in contact with your skin Ect, usually wont cause rabies, and the bacteria dies quickly when exposed to the open air. Although i do recommend that you wash up before and after masturbating you can catch some nasty STD's if you don't.
