Well my story is this :
2 months ago I found on my penis glans a little red spot, but I didn't gave it to much attention. Then it got bigger. So I thought it's time to see what's up with it.
I found on google that this might be Balanitis - a fungal infection.
So I went to the drug store and bought a bottle of Econazole powder, as they did'nt have any cream. It's usually used to treat the mycosis of the foot (also called Athlete's foot).
And I would like to know if this powder could help me treat my condition, or should I go buy a cream

You should see your doctor first.
You've had this spot for 2 months? Then you Google it and find that it "might be Balanitis."
Find out what it is before you treat it.
Balanitis is usually caused by poor hygiene. It could also indicate diabetes.
If it is a fungal infection, Econazole is used to treat jock itch.
