Hello, I am 34 years old and I am having problems with obesity. It was not such a big deal up until couple of years ago, when I got a desk job and now I sit most of the day, but the appetite remained the same. Anyway, I have been thinking of some low carb diet with some alterative sweetener. Can Maltitol help to reduce triglyceride and cholesterol?

This all means that you should not be looking for sugar alternatives, you should exclude sugar and its alternatives completely. You can take sugar from fruits, those are most healthy and don’t have lot of calories.
