can my hymen heal as i m not confirmed is it tore sfter sex or not?

Your hymen might not necessarily be tore after the first time you have sex. Could take awhile, could happen during other things like tampons, and exercising etc. But it does not heal, once it breaks. Although I believe there is surgery you can do now to get back something similar to a hymen.
