Can she get pregnant?

My former girlfrind and I were screwing around when she rubbed my penis on/in her vaginal region. There was no penetration beyond possibly close to the clitoris region. Later on we had sex but it was protected. She was off birth contorl for about 3 monthes or so. She had her period at the time. What are the chances she could get pregnant? She says she is 2 days late for her period and yet on no birth control.
Also being off birth control how different can the days of getting your period be. will it very or is it pretty consistant like being on birth control?
