well since they were naked and unprotected technically yes there is a chance however i believe it is very very low. where was the penis at? usually a day or two before a female starts bleeding is a highly fertile time but it depends on the female as to when she ovulates because everyone is different. why was the female wet water?? or was it from being aroused?

you should be fine. but about how much pre-cum was present? did you finger her or get any on your hands which could have caused it to get into her vagina? finally this is important because it helps give a better guess to if your pre-cum may have contained sperm cells, when was the last time you ejaculated before naked humping/ did you urinate and or wash off your penis after ejaculating? are you circumscised?
