Hi,
if a man was to ejaculate in a condom, could it be possible for the sperm in the condom to be used to get a girl pregnant if it was taken out and then inserted into the girls vagina

That depends on several factors. First, if the condom is coated with a spermicide then there is a 90+% chance that all sperm in the condom are dead. Secondly, time is a major issue. Sperm are sort of like parasites in that they can only live outside of a host for a VERY short time, as they need a warm, moist environment to survive. However, if a man were to ejaculate into a regular, non-spermicidal condom and immediately transfer his semen to a woman's vagina (such as via scientific laboratory technique know as the "turkey baster method") if would be possible to get her pregnant, however the chances would still be lower then if he was to ejaculate directly inside of her. Thus the question arises as to why use a condom if you wish to get her pregnant? If it is a friend who wishes for you to simply be the serrogate father to her single-mothered baby but doesn't want to complicate your friendship with sex, tell her that parents must make sacrifices for their children, and boning you can be her first, unless of course she's not hot.
