I run at lunchtime a few days a week from my office.
Today, I overheard a conversation between several of the women in my office after I returned from my run. I'm sure I wasn't supposed to hear it. Regardless, I'm not sure if I should be flattered from what I heard.
One of them said she'd seen me while driving back from lunch and that I looked "cute" when I run.
Is "cute" a compliment from a woman, or is it an offhanded remark? Perhaps I need to work on my mechanics to look "less cute".
Keep in mind that her job may be on the line here...

She was probably talking about the way you look as opposed to your running mechanics. You know; your butt, your thighs, your hair...

I would take it as a compliment. Unless of course she sounded sarcastic. This isn't the same one that tried to run you down is it? tee-hee I can hear it now "Yeah he's totally cute when he's diving in to the ditch!!"

Well Gman, why don't you post a picture of you running, and me and the other wimmins here will then be able to give you a more definitive answer .

Cute isn't one I toss around frequently (puppies and babies aside) but unless it was in a sarcastic tone I would take it as a compliment, I'm sure the meant it in a kind way.

Not only can I define cute but I can also define adorable and they don't mean the same thing. We're the gender of nuance.
Anyway, yeah she meant a good thing.
