can you get pregnant from dried semen on your fingers?

My girlfriend and i were messing around the other day and (im not giving details) i had semen on my hand and i think some on my index finger but it wasn't on the tip of my fingers it was mostly where my finger and my palm meet well any ways, i grabbed a towel and i wiped it off (i took my time) and then i fingered her like 10-20 minutes later
and now my worried cause my girlfriend has gotten her period

and i need to now what is the chances of getting pregnant and if i should be worried
