I have 4 year old twin girls. At the time of my c section I had my tubes tied. My period is VERY regular...like clock work. I am now 3 days late. I know that doesn't sound like a long time but I am NEVER late. I am usually a couple of days early. I am at a loss and scared. I love my kids and I have started back to work and I am getting married in October...we have been together for a long time but things are going along as planned and this is not planned. Any ideas?
