As result of my perturbated health, my physician has recommended me a vegetarian kind of nutrition. I have been reading a lot about it, but I cannot find good vegan diet, as I would like to lose some weight. Is there anyone who can share with me some good vegan diet preferably already tried?

Hi, vegetarian diet is consisted of plant-based foods. Mostly it is contained from whole grains, legumes, nuts, seed fruits and vegetables. A vegetarian diet generally contains less fat and cholesterol. Meatless products, including nut loaves, tofu dogs and soy burgers, or vegetable protein, can bring variety to vegetarian diet.
