You probably know all well yourself that people think that there is no such thing as marijuana withdrawal and of course, it’s not nearly as hard as, for example heroin withdrawal, but if you have been eating five chocolates a day for few moths you would feel some consequence when you stop eating, let alone if your brain has adjusted to function in presence of psychoactive substance. So most people do have physical symptoms after a long use and headaches are most common. They will go away eventually, but how soon that happens depends on your body. All I can recommend is to drink plenty of water and take something like ibuprofen for the pain.

Yes after about 2 weeks of cessation you may experience ice-pick head aches/migranes. Sort of the jolting type. Very normal. Your brain is saying "ok enough is enough, where is the DOPE!?"

You may find that these aches are eased if you get involved in things that activate the reward circuitry in your brain like the mj did. Such as listening to good music, eating good food, exercising, having sex, etc.
