hello all!

I have been having some major problems since i quit cold turkey about 3-4 weeks ago now. During my first week i seemed fine, i was at my mums house and kept myself occupied and the time past however, In the second week i moved back home (i live alone) and the problems started i think they started in the first week but i just didn't pay too much attention to them. i smoked near enough everyday for the past 4 years however in the last year it got bad i was definitely smoking every single day and would sometimes smoke up to 20+ joints a day, i worked out an average of at least 10-15 joints per a day, tbh the only reason i stopped is because i could no longer afford this habit  i spent all my money on weed i would smoke around 2 ounces a week. also i just didn't give a sh*t about anything anymore not even the way i looked, haven't shaved etc for months now, the only thing i cared about was making sure i had enough weed to last me all day.

I would like to mention since i quit i  have been keeping my self occupied by exercising at least 3x a week i do weight lifting ( i haven't done much exercise for 3-4 years now ) also i have started to eat very healthy and have been doing so everyday for the past 3 weeks. anyways as i was saying in my second week i started getting severe diarrhea, i would go to the toilet up to 10 x a day and again i put that down to stopping smoking. it got to the point where if i ate anything i would be on the toilet within 5 minutes... i have also had severe night sweats i would wake up and my bed is literally drenched, when i say literally i mean its like a pool of water! The night sweats have been going on everyday for the past 3 weeks i probs had night sweats in my first week but i just don't recall much. my sleeping pattern is screwed i just simply can't sleep at night, for the past years i have relied on weed to put me to sleep i would always smoke 2-3 joints, one after another until i pass out and i did that everyday otherwise i just simply couldn't sleep.

With the diarrhea it has slowed down this week i don't get it as much as the first week however its still here and up to 3-4x a day i also feel bloated and my belly rumbles constantly, i also pass a lot of gas. but again i put this down to stopping smoking, protein shakes and a healthy diet My stool is like diarrhea most of the time but sometimes i feel constipated and i want to pass gas/go to the toilet but i cant however that's only happened like 4-6 times though

What i am trying to ask is are my symptoms happening due to stopping weed or is there something else going on like IBS? also how long more do you think i will go through this before everything becomes normal. i would also like to mention i am under stress, before the weed must have made me so numb that even when i was stressed none of these symptoms happened but now my body has to deal with it the normal way and it just simply can't cope because it hasn't had to deal with it the normal way for a very long time. Everything pisses me off and i am angry 70% of the time i just want to punch everything and everyone for the smallest reasons... before yes i was pissed off but i never felt like i wanted to explode if you know what i mean.

Sorry about the long post but i had to give you the back ground information so that a better answer can be given. much appreciated guys!
