Hi Praberham,
Not all MEN can orgasm via the traditional up and down motion. Some guys can only ejaculate by "humping" objects. Try different ways, whatever makes you feel good.
Everything works if you're having wet dreams - there is nothing wrong with that.
You'll likely ejaculate once you start having sex.
Hope it helps.

First of all LOADS of thanks for the reply to my query. sir, i forgot to mention i dont have any erectile issue, can maintain erection for about 40 - 45 min at max ( approx). i have been doing all sorts of research on my issue, n i came up with all those fancy jargons in medical science like "RETROGRADE EJACULATION" and damages to nerves n all. i am still worried if i am having any of these.
what doctor should i consult with ?
felt lot of relief when u said " some guys can only ejaculate by humping objects" ( sir is there any theory or background to support your statement "i am curious")
well now i feel a lot relaxed.
Thanks

See a urologist.
The only background is to read through some of the threads on this forum. It's not something most men talk about.
If you ejaculate during wet dreams, it is not "retrograde ejaculation." In a retrograde ejaculation you will orgasm but the sperm goes back up into the bladder instead of out your penis. You'd notice cloudy urine.

Everyone is different, of course, and each guy finds his own way to achieve his orgasms. But as another post here said, if you are having wet dreams and ejaculating while you sleep, your body is physically functioning as it should.
You may not want to hear this, but you may be standing in your own way, so to speak. Orgasms don't occur in the penis -- that's only a "sperm delivery system" -- they actually happen in the BRAIN. Which means that somewhere in your mind you are stopping your climb up the hill to orgasm. For whatever reason, something is telling you that you SHOULDN'T let go; that you SHOULDN'T allow yourself to cum. Shame or guilt, maybe parental anger when you were a boy experimenting with your genitals ... something is stopping you.
To be fair, orgasms are a delicate thing, and any little issue can stop them. You need to give yourself PERMISSION to enjoy the sensations; PERMISSION to feel the mounting urge and desire, and to let go once you get there. This may happen more easily once you begin having sex with someone else if, out of love, you are able to freely give yourself over to that other person's pleasuring of you.
You may not need a urologist, but perhaps a therapist could help you find your way to a release. Stick with it, your body's on YOUR side. Good Luck!
