I'm 19. I've had sexual dreams, but never had a wet dream. I've also tried masturbating a few times, but cant even get aroused by that. When with a girlfriend, I can get aroused very easily but still I have never ejaculated and from what I know, never produced pre-come(unless its too small to notice).

Hi honey! i would definitely like you to see a doctor and have him/her send you to a urologist! I believe that you have a congenital problem called Retrograde Ejaculation - where you have an orgasm, but do not ejaculate, and sometimes the fluid can go back into the bladder. It can happen from damage to the sympathetic nerves. Another very common cause of retrograde ejaculation is medication! But due to your age - I don't think you are on any prostate medication are you?! So that will leave a structural problem, this can happen with a testicular trauma, a back trauma, or something you were born with - which sounds just like it doesn't it? If you have NEVER experienced a "wet dream" or ejaculated while masturbating, I would hazzard there are "wires crossed" and you need to be seen! You could have a blockage of some sort!
