I can't ejaculate when my foreskin is pulled back, except with the use of a silicone masturbation sleeve. I can ejaculate normally when the foreskin is over the glans. I get very close during oral and in solo sessions, to the point that my hips begin to shake, but I can never finish. Vaginal sex doesn't even come close to that point.
