I'm 15 years old and I have a problem. I can pull foreskin back while erect, but it takes longer than when I'm flaccid, and can sometimes be a little painful. And even when I do pull it back when erect, it doesn't stay there, the foreskin just rolls right back up. I only ask because from what I've seen, you're supposed to slide foreskin up and down over the glans while masturbating, and I can't. Why is this? Are there any kind of stretches or exercises that can fix this?

You're doing good.  Lots of older guys can't even pull their foreskin back at all when erect.  Just keep stretching, doing what you're doing.  The more you do it the faster the results.

Try some lube, it might help.  Take your time and stretch it as often as you can.

Remember, this is NORMAL.
