That sounds like the same as mine, nothing about occupation, where I am, or preferences but it shows correctly for active in/at. The picture I chose for my ID disappeared a long time ago but it was one of theirs. Now when I select choose it brings up my own photo folders on my computer instead of a bunch of theirs to choose from.

Again is since they have changed over to the new platform that we have been having these problems.

I'm in my office now to write a check so I'm trying this computer. No problem logging in now and I can go to "latest posts" without getting logged out but my profile is still empty and still shows me as a 3 day old member.
I'll go to my regular computer to see if I can get to "latest posts" from there now. I don't see how it could have anything to do with what computer I'm using but we'll see.

The one that doesn't work right. I'm on it now and it still doesn't so it is computer specific. I have seen a setting somewhere to clear cookies and cache when closing the browser. If I can find that again maybe I can do something with that.
That Norton notice is something I always get after it runs the AV and it's never bothered before. It's just telling me that it cleaned out something.

I'm using Chrome on the same computer and it works. My problem now is I have a devil of a time trying to use Chrome. I can't find a way to save shortcuts for one thing so I have not been using it.
But I've narrowed it down to being a problem with Internet Explorer anyway.

I use chrome on mobile and I saved a short cut by accident the other day but don't know how I did it though lol

On chrome to save a short cut to desktop I just had a play around and on mobile device I open the tab that has bookmarks history setting and all that then scroll down to I see add to home page click on that and it will pop up a box with the shortcut name then you just click ok to save.

I saved it by right clicking and choosing save to something. Just now I went to the three bars at the top right of Chrome and the drop down menu had a "bookmarks" choice so I opened that and there was a list of saved bookmarks, all one of them. But that one was Steady Health.
I discovered there was a MS update that installed on 1-14 that was a day before I discovered the problem. I'm thinking I may do a system restore to a date before that up date and see if that cures it.

Hi, guys.
Sorry for a bit delayed response. I don't know where to start first. :)
You cannot have two accounts with the same username. I checked your profile, njoynlife, and everything works fine for me. I can browse through all tabs in timeline and haven't been logged out.
It seems that password reset made some kind of problem. That's why your registration time is changed. We are currently checking that and trying to fix whatever made the mess.
About losing profile info, tech team is confused so they will need some time to fix that.
Anyway, we apologize for everything and be assured that we will do our best to make things to work in a way they are meant to be.

Thanks Levar never even noticed mine had changed and profile was blank until njoynlife said only thing on my profile I can't remember is what my password reminder question was. Do you or the tech guys know what caused the login problems we both had at such different times that caused our profiles to info and joining dates to be reset?

If you click on the three pips top right and go down the lists do you see add to home screen on yours? When I click that on mobile device it saves it to the desktop for me just like IE does when you add a shortcut.
