I'm a female I had my tonsils taken out on the 27th. Ive had sex 2 times since then, both times I couldn't climax I had the feeling like I was about to and it went away? I never had this problem before. I'm taking a pain med if that had something to do with it. Has anyone had a similar situation??

I have had a similar problem while on my pain meds and I believe that it's because the pain medications dull the nervous system or suppress it.

well, i just had my tonsils removed five days ago. yesterday and today proved that im healing well because my boyfriend and i had rigorous sex to which both times i came. i didnt ask my doctor if it was okay to do, but i also didnt want my mother to know her daughter was having sex. so for the painkillers stopping your climaxes, my medication has not had that effect. so its the pills or the men.
