Can't stimulate prostate. Can anyone tell me instructions on how I should do it?

Hi. I need help in trying to milk my prostate or at least get some form of pleasurable reaction from trying to. I've been trying to do so for years but it never did anything.

I heard from some people that you can't do it alone, and that you need somebody else to milk it, some other people say that you can, I'm confused.

I tried fingering my anus with my index/middle finger (sometimes both) trying to find my prostate which everyone describes like a 'walnut shaped balloon' and then motioning my finger that it moves in a "come hither" motion. I've never found it (or I've found it and didn't feel nothing) or felt anything from it.

Another technique I've read is the perineum/taint massage, which is to stimulate the prostate externally through massaging the taint, which is the part of the skin between your balls and your anus. Frankly, there are fewer of these info I could find online so I don't know how to do it very well. Nonetheless, it didn't stop me from trying last night. I've tried rubbing and massaging the part of the skin between my balls and my anus, but I didn't get any reaction from it, I just felt like massaging a rather hard part of the body.

I'm not sure if I should buy a toy because I'm still not entirely sure of everything. Some people say that some people can't entirely feel the pleasure of being prostate stimulated, and I'm extremely scared because I might be one of them.

Can anyone tell me a very detailed guide or instructions on how I should do it and how I should feel when doing so, for both the anal and perineum methods? Especially the perineum/taint stimulation method because I'm not sure if I', in the mood to put stuff up my ass right now. Because I badly want to know how it feels.
