Can anyone tell me what this could be??

Well hello:) yes indeed I can probably help you out. I work in a medical field. It seems like he has an allergic reaction to probably red meat. If he is bleeding like that from his anal, my number one suggestion is to immediately take him to the E.R. he can absolutely die from this. His intestines right now are probably working melfunctioning. But he deffinetly needs treatments. Please take him to see the doctor asap!!!

Well if that was the case, wouldnt have red meat killed him years ago? I mean hes 26 and this has only ever happened twice. Seems quite drastic saying red meat going to kill him. Ive been searching google also with alot of other people in the 'medical field' and nobody or no site has mentioned anything bout meat???

Well, if your saying he is bleeding heavily from his anal with no kind of hemroid or anything else. but if you're too worried with his condition, I would recomend to see a doctor. Its not normal for a male or a female to bleed heavily from there anal, unless if they are allergic from something taken by mouth. I'm just trying to help you out. We had a patient similar to his condition, luckily he was seen earlier than what he wanted was to wait it out. results of his condition didn't turn out really well. Not only it made him internal bleeding and his instestines couldn't digest it properly, so the only way for it to exit the body is through the anal whole. Well, you don't have to take my words for it, but seeing a doctor will help you and your boyfriend. if he has been eating red meat all his life and never had a problem with it, suggest what so ever he ate last before bleeding accured then you should go from there. I really think its an allergic reaction of him eating too much of something he wasn't suppose to eat.
