I'm 50 yrs old, have had two children and am still having my periods. For the past three months they have been totally out of control. They are lasting longer and coming more frequently, sometimes twice a month. But the most frightening part is the amount of blood I seem to be losing. I'm having to change super plus tampons about every hour and sometimes my bathroom looks like a crime scene. At every change, there are blood clots big enough to look like a miscarriage. I'm really concerned about some cancer, or could this be the change?
