I've recently found out that I'm lactose intolerante earlier this year. Lactose only badly upsets my stomach. But is it normal to feel bloated and crampy for days after only one consumption of lactose? Also, I've tried the lactose enzyme tablets and I still get the upset stomach at the end. Is there any tablets that actually works? Last but no least, I LOOOVEEE cheese !! Is there a sort of cheese that doesn't contain lactose? (Does goat cheese contain lactose?)
Thanks

Well, it's all about aging. The older the cheese, the less lactose it has. Processed cheese has the most lactose, while the hard and older cheeses have lower percent of lactose.

I've heard that cheese made of goats' milk is the easiest to digest.
