Hi, I am eating regularly but I prefer to take in less calories than my daily needs, so I chew dessert and spit it out. Is it unhealthy to stimulate stomach and then spit out food?

Hi, it is good that you are trying to control calorie intake but, it is not recommended to through up or spit out food. Many models and other public persons do so, in order to keep good figure. You can get tooth decay, and sugar you are chewing still act in your mouth. It would be better to eat small amount of dessert then to avoid it completely. Take less main course and so you can eat some dessert. There are also low calorie desserts, with a lot of fruit and they are very delicious. Try apples, dried wheat germ and honey, it is natural and healthy dessert.
