I am 19 years old, and about two months or so ago, I went to the doctor to get pur on birth control, and they tested me for std's. I got a call a couple of weeks later, they called me and told me I tested positive for Chlamydia. I told my boyfriend, him and I both got treated with antibiotics. She told him that he may not have even had it because him and I used protection. Can I still get pregnant in the future even though I have had that in the past?

Hi Spider,

Yes, you can likely get pregnant.

The problem comes with long-term untreated infection.  It can cause scarring and that can make pregnancy difficult.

Hope it helps.
