I am in 6 month now and it seems I have Chlamydia. I started with antibiotic treatment but I am worried how this is going to affect my baby. Is it possible Chlamydia to spread on my baby during pregnancy?

Pregnant women should be treated with Erythromycin or Amoxicillin for Chlamydia. I guess there is no use now to tell you that you should be more careful. This is serious. Chlamydia can affect the child during pregnancy. It can cause early labor and delivery and can be passed from mother to baby during birth. And this infection in newborns can cause an infection of the baby's eyes, ears, genitalia and lungs.
