I went to the gyno to get bc and she said I had a bacterial infection so she gave me flagyl and I took that for a couple of days and then before she got the test results back she prescribed me just two pills of azithromiacin. I took everything and then I had sex with my partner the next day after taking it. I never had any symptoms of anything and then I finally reached my doctor and she said I have chlamydia... Could I be reinfected? If he has it?

Yes, but more likely you could give it to him. It takes time for the antibiotics to work.

Not all antibiotics are effective on all diseases. It also depends upon how long you were on it, the dosage, etc. It's best to get checked, both of you.
