My husband has these times of vomiting only in the am no other symptoms other than extremely tired. It happens at least 3 to 4 times a yr. Starting about August and last thru Feb or March. Everyone he goes to the ER they give him fluids for dehydration and sometimes meds to calm his stomach. He does chew tobacco ( about 1 tin a day) he seems to only vomit up phlegm and clear liquid. He starts feeling better around 200pm and then eats a normal diet. What could it be

Does your nose smells sh*t in the morning? Maybe that is the case. Even i have such ridiculios stuffs in the morning.
