Hello everyone and I am new to this forum so this will be long. I'm a 19 year old male and this all started around December 14th of last year when I not having nearly as large of an appetite as I usually do and I was having constipation. So I started eating more vegetables and then things went back to normal. Then on January 21 I woke up and about 10 minutes later I felt nauseous and then the pain literally dropped to my lower abdomen. It was a crampy feeling. Then ever since then I have had constant/frequent lower abdominal pain. It is a cramping feeling and I have gas pains as well. I went to my GP about this though. She felt my abdomen and she wasn't concerned so she said it was IBS. I ended up going to another doctor and he felt my abdomen and said it was soft and everything sounded fine. He did do a complete blood work on me saying that if I was losing blood that it would be obvious. Everything came back normal though, RBC, WBC etc. He said it could be an infection or IBS as well. I'm really worried. My bowels have returned to normal since then, but the pain is still there. It was actually in one main spot below my bellybutton and to the right a little bit. I also have had some back pain and leg pain. Another thing I noticed is my weight is down a little bit. Normally I'm around 135 but lately I have been around 132-133. I have noticed I am not eating nearly as much fast food as before this all started. Before I forget, I did notice that I had a sharp pain behind my bellybutton. It still is there sometimes, but not as much before. I have not had a fever or anything like that. Does this sound like IBS pain. I'm no stranger to abdominal pain, but it always has gone away.
