My L1-L3 score has improved in the last 2 years AFTER I got off Fosamax. It was causing random nauseau. I have since switched to a strontium/calcium combination, and supplement with Osteosine and 100 minutes of walking every week. Their stuff really works. Google "osteosine"

I have never used any pharmaceutical treatments, such as Fosamax, but I have been taking OsteoSine for about a year. I'm not able to use the prescribed 3 capsules a day, for cost reasons; I only take one, sometimes 2, but if I'm consistent with this, plus at least 2 calcium supplement per day (500/600mg ea.), I've found that pain in my pelvic/hip joint area is diminished or even stops. So, OsteoSine works.
