While having intercourse with my partner, the condom had broken. He had ejaculated inside the condom before it broke. But, during the time, I was on the first day of my period. Also, when the condom was removed, all the sperm appeared to come out while the upper part (the tip, the part that had broken) was moved. I have worried myself sick over being pregnant, although I have no real signs or symptoms. I have been getting a white vaginal discharge, but this was present before this intercourse occurred. I have had a history of bladder infections, as I have had 2 or 3 roughly a month or two before, and it seems as though another bladder infection may be coming on, as the symptoms are the same: frequent urination, and not emptying the bladder. I am still very worried, and I don't know when to expect my period, as my periods are irregular. My last period was October 15th, and the one before that was September 7th. My periods were usually around the first of each month, ranging from the 1st to the 9th or 10th. I don't know what to do, and I am not capable of getting a medical abortion. I would like to know how possible it is that I may be pregnant. Although, I have checked a couple of fertility and ovulation calculators/calenders to find out the days I was fertile. Each said that I was not fertile on the day of intercourse, nor the days near it. I am still worried... Please enlighten me!

Hi honey! Depending on your cycle, it is all about when you ovulate. A woman can technically get pregnant at anytime through the cycle, but the chances are less when she is having her period! I truly believe that the chances of you being pregnant at this time are slim to none! Due to the fact that you did use a condom - granted it broke - but also the timing of it! NOW to totally put your mind at ease the best thing to do is wait till about November 11th or 12th and then get a pregnancy test, because you can drive yourself to SO much anxiety if you think you are pregnant! The closer you are to your expected period date the better! So just hang tight for the next couple of days and then take a test. Please let me know how you make out OK? Good luck and health!
