So randomly sometimes I get this really strong urgent need to pee, ive google searched it and everybody is saying te same thing but i ONLY have th eneed to pee. No burning, itching ect. im surious as to what it is.

Hi, you say you get the need to pee and I take you do actually pee when you get it but have no pain or anything.
It could be a form of bladder irritation you have and not UTI, how long has it been going on for?
