I am feeling continuous pins and needles feeling mostly in my right breast, not the nipple. Mostly in the upper part of the breat but goes through the entire breast. It stated months ago but assumed it was an issue related to my neck problems. But it's getting worse and more painful and irritating. I'm trying to get an appointment but live in an Rv traveling full time with husband.
I have spine problems and constant head aches and migraine for last few years. I'm in my early 50s and do not take any medications, only vitamins and minerals and eat healthy for the most part.
Many ideas, could it be a new problem from my spine and neck problems?

UPDATE: It doesn't seem related to my neck, it's new and I feel some tingling, needles in arms now and then that seem related to the neck and not as strong as the breast.
