In September of 2005, I was diagnosed with an irregular heartbeat. Since then, I have been taking CoReg, 6.25mg, one per day, while monitoring my blood pressure. If my blood pressure is high (not usual), I was instructed to take 2 CoRegs per day.
In this month's Time magazine, I read a CoReg advertisement that stated under "people who should NOT take CoReg"... those with an irregular heartbeat.
I contacted my cardiologist by email over a week ago and have had no response. What would you advise?
I am concerned.
Thank you.
