Cortison hyper? I think it is just cortisone, (without hyper). But cortisone is used for treating pigmentation disorders, mostly originating from stress, UV rays, hormone imbalance, contradictions from cosmetics, skin infection, post inflammatory pigmentation, some are even hereditary.
Medications used are antibiotics, cortison, roaccutane, some anti depressants and anti fungals.
