My situation is rather difficult. I am suffering from diabetic nephropathy due to long standing diabetes mellitus. But I am also suffering from arthritis. I have been using Celebrex lately and it seems to help, but my condition with diabetic nephropathy is worsening. Could Celebrex increase my glucose levels? Do you have some experience with this?

I am not sure about glucose level but I am 100 sure that you should not take Celebrex or any other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It is because Celebrex is COX-2 inhibitor and he can damage the weakened kidney. You should consult with your doctor to change the treatment for your arthritis.
