I am a pregnant woman and I am not supposed to be anemic, but I am. My OP told me that on my last appointment. She also told me that I should think carefully, if I have been taken any medication. It seems that some medications can reduce ferritin, important protein that bonds iron in the body. Could Diclofenac reduce my Ferritin?

I have heard that aspirin can increase the blood level of ferritin, but not other anti-inflammatory drugs. I did some reading because of you and I didnt find information about diclofenac. Maybe I was not careful enough. Talk to your OP again and tell her all this. Maybe she will find conection.
