I had a mild pain in my left side two nights ago, it wasn't to bad that I couldn't sleep, so I figured I just pulled a muscle. But, last night it came back and 10 times worse. It lasted about an hour. Left side where your arm comes to rest. It also move to my front this time and I was having discomfort when I urinate. Could I have kidney stones or something?
