Hey I am 19 year old approximately 8 9 years back i realise about my nipples. i am having cracked nipples for say there is an outer layer of torn nipple portion. The nipples seems they havent developed and have a crust layer surrounding wich tears of when get harden. The crusted broken circular parts are my nipples. i have no red marks or pain or anything but i am really worried about these because i cant find anything similar to this. they are torn and literal part from where there is a point to feed isnt present because only the outer layer of the nipples(that is outward) are there and nothing else..

I'm 14 years old and I also have cracked nipples since years ago. I thought it was normal and will get better. But now I'm worried because until now it doesn't heal. And also my nipples were not always up most of the time they will remain flat. And there's a dry skin that peels off everytime they got rubbed on my shirt it was kinda painful because it was attached on my nipples.
