The body has discharge, it is part of your cycle. It is only bad if it smells or it hurts. As for having discharge ever since you started having your period, that is because you are ovulating. I recommend the book, "Taking Charge of Your Fertility", by Toni Weschler. I have learned so much about my body, so many things I thought were weird are normal. :-P

I get the same discharge. Especially during sex, like lots of it flows out. Its very white and creamy and sometimes almost foamy. It doesnt smell and has a bitter taste to it. I've talked to my doctor and he says its normal unless it smells.

I am having a white creamy vaginal discharge, this didn't start until after i dried my clothes with some scented drier sheets and it started to irritate my labia minora and made it swell and itch (I do not have an std, and I know this because I went to the doctor before and i was cleared and I haven't been having sex at all) but i do know that i am very sensitive below to scented items. so that was the cause of the swelling and itching but after that i noticed I started to have a clear creamy white discharge throughout the day and it would leave both of my labia minora's like dry and peeling from the discharge that got on it.
with any chance of std, and having sex out of the picture of being the cause. what could be making this happen?
note: I am changing up the way i eat because im trying to gain a little more weight, and im 19 years old.

This may be normal, however I would recommend you to tell the caregiver you feel most comfortable with. Women understand these issues and would keep it a secret for you. If she wants you to go to the doctor, ask her to get a female doctor for you and go in with you. It will be scary the first time, but don't worry, it's normal. Once you start your period you should go to the gynecologist regularly to check for infections, STD's, cancer, etc.
To the 19 year old:
I recommend washing your undergarments in a hypo-allergenic and/or earth friendly soap with no fabric softener. Harsh chemicals and detergents can irritate your skin down there. You may have had an allergic reaction. Also colored panties can contribute to yeast infections. Wear white cotton or bamboo panties as often as possible to prevent infections.
