okay so i am 13. i haven't started my period yet. so 2 nights ago i got these really bad cramps and it was after i ate a lot so i figured my stomach was just upset or something but it didnt go away and i couldn't sleep so i took a pain killer and it went away. the next day i woke up and there was some brownish discharge in my bed but it was a light brown. i ignored it and later on that day i found the same light brownish discharge in my underwear. i texted my friend about it and she told me to sleep on it and check in the morning. so i woke up this morning and i look in my underwear and there was some light-brownish red stuff in my underwear it was a mix between red/pink and brown and i'm not sure if its my period. HELP?

I'm 12, 13 in August and I haven't got my period yet. I got this brown discharge stuff coming out onto my knickers about 3 days ago. It's sometimes just normal discharge but brown, but other times there are like brown clumps, like the normal discharge clumps but brown...I told my mum and she said it might be my period, but I looked on the internet and it was one of the symptoms of cervical cancer :( I really don't know what's happening, and I'm really scared. I am 13 now but last year a few days after my 12th birthday i got brown discharge in my underware so i put a pad on straigh away this went on all night. but it hasnt come back since it is just clear discharge now. i have been having bad cramps for a few months on and off, was last year the start of my period or not because everyone eles seems to say when you get brown it the start but as i said before it hasnt come back, is there somthing wrong with me or what..?
