Hello! I have always have problems with my sleep. Actually, I have problems with falling asleep. It there is a noise in another rooms I can’t fall asleep. It I eat too much for my supper or if I am under stress I also can’t fall asleep. Last year I worked nightshifts and totally interrupted my sleep schedule and I started smoking. I needed a month to be back in normal schedule. The problem is I have dark shades under my eyes? How can I get rid of them?
