I was diagnosed with IC in March and I have had the Mirena for 2 years this month. My concerns is I have had more UTIs and PI issues more than ever after having the IUD. I got infections but the cleared up. Now it may take 3 rounds of antibiotics to clear up a UTI. I cant afford those injections into my bladder once a month. 

Should I still get my IUD out next Tuesday?
