I was talking with my friend few days ago what foods are good for eating and will not bring us extra pounds. We made conclusion that vegetables and fruit are just fine. About the other nutrition we couldn't agree as we had opposite opinions on meat and other food. I hope someone may give some information about food which is good for diet.

First of all fruit is very good and have to be taken fresh. Fruit has great importance because of vitamin C. Vegetables are great because they have many fibers which have great digestive importance. About meat, it is strongly recommended to eat fish or lean red meat like chicken or turkey. Grains are rich sources of B-complex vitamins, as well as vitamin E, starchy carbohydrates, minerals and dietary fiber.
