I was so relieved to read this because I thought I was going crazy. I have been on Percocet/acetaminophin 10/325 for years and occasionally they gave me pills made by Rhodes and they might as well has been sugar pills. I got zero relief of severe pain. On the other hand pills made by Mallincrot (sp?) have worked well over the years and still do. Recently CVS and Safeway are not being supplied with anything except Rhodes and that is extremely disappointing for me and I'm sure for many others.

Oxycontin is the time release product
Oxycodone is not.
I noticed you stated this 6 years ago so hopefully you have learned this by now and not repeated it so often to others and spread misinformation, that you are guilty of.

How did you determine which "brand", or manufacturer, you got from the pharmacist? In order to get your medication from a different manufacturer, did you just take your Dr's prescription to a different pharmacy?

How long is endocet 5/325 good for? I have some left over from a past prescription.

In the pharmacy, they switched prescriptions. The doctor wrote for Percocet, and the bottle says Percocet, but when my pain didn't decrease I looked up the pill in the bottle and they are roxicet. Can a pharmacist do that?

I agree there's a difference in strength and the oblong tablet, 7.5 /3.25 worked 6hrs (also a dud now and then) and that was stamped Watson, which are discontinued. The round pills cause nausea. Pharmaceutical cos should sue for discrimination and stand beside the patients whom are being treated like addicts.

yes there are many different side effects generic band codeine, name brand does not get you high keeps you more normal, lots of side affects with codeine allergic reaction does not mix well with other medication.
